Computer in administrative activities

Computer system has a vital role to play in the modern government all over the country. In particular, computer technology is essential in administration processes, and is often used to track population levels and collect census data on the citizen in a country. Information on members of a population is kept in secure computer systems as opposed to traditional filing cabinets, as this saves space and enables data to be processed efficiently for a number of unique purposes. Government also uses computerized systems to keep information about taxes and other financial figures. Spreadsheets can be used to create other documents, such as charts and reports, which would otherwise take a lot longer to produce.

Computers are indispensable tools in these days for people. Computer has replaced the men in almost all tasks that previously were performed by them. The world we know today is very different to the world without computers that ours parents lived. Both, government and private establishments are necessary to use computers. I think there are three places where the uses of computers help people in the control, activities, and other related tasks, for example, hospitals, offices, and government centers.

Computers have many uses in obtaining information in the health service, and many hospitals called for an immediate doubling of expenses of computing. The Health has responded with a strategy due to the benefits of working that supported by information technology and computer based records. Today, almost all general practitioners have computers in their consulting rooms and are connected between them. Large differences in computerization between general practitioners and hospital doctors are found in all of hospitals where general practitioners play a gatekeeper role for controlling access to secondary care, In some hospitals, they controls the payment and is based mainly on item of service. There is little difference in computer in the payment between general practitioners and specialists. Administration hospitals now run a paperless computerized patient record system, which shows what, can be done.

Inside the offices, the uses of computer is enormous. For example, if you go to the supermarket or if you go the store is almost impossible that you do not find a computer. The Computer Applications are designed to provide employees and customers the greatest satisfaction. Office workers use a variety of computer software applications, produce correspondence, maintain databases, organize meetings, manage records and projects, and schedule appointments. The computer includes courses that are integral to many different administrative fields, and most include specific technical skills, relevant computer applications, and the necessary training in communicating, problem solving, and decision-making required for a variety of administrative and clerical entry-level positions as well as promotion and career advancement opportunities.

In conclusion the use of computers is vital in administrative activities. In my opinion, today administrative activities are impossible to perform without computers. Hospitals, offices, and government centers are places in which computers have an important roles. The activities are efficient and easier with computers. If you doubt of this, think in life 50 years ago when all the work were manual and more complicated. Computers are a great invention!
